Got this as a birthday gift and she really liked it, which is the main thing. Delivery took a bit longer than I would’ve hoped, but it arrived fine and, as long as you order with a bit of time to spare, it’s not a big deal

My order ended up arriving later than expected, which was frustrating on its own. But this is where it got annoying: there weren’t any clear updates along the way, so I was basically left guessing when it would actually show up.

We bought a kids table and chairs from HipKids a while ago, I think sometime after my youngest went through a phase of drawing on literally everything. it’s been great. My kids are not gentle with furniture at all, they climb on it, drag the chairs across the floor, snack at it, spill juice, the usual chaos. Somehow it still looks good. There are a couple of little marks here and there, but nothing that bothers me. It feels solid too, not wobbly or cheap like another kids set we had before that barely survived a month. Happy with it overall.

It feels really safe and well-built, which I appreciate, but it’s definitely heavier than I expected. I like it overall, but if I keep struggling with the weight, I might end up looking for a lighter option.

I found hipkids.com easy to use on my phone. The menu was clear, and I could find the kids furniture and toys without having to mess around too much. The product pages had good photos and enough info for what I needed, though a couple of pages did take a little while to load for me. Checkout was simple and didn’t feel confusing. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the filtering was sorta smoother, but overall it was a good site to shop on.

I ordered a kids table and chairs set, and it looked just like the pictures on the site. The colours, size, and finish were all spot on. You know how sometimes things arrive and look totally different? That wasn’t the case here. No surprises at all, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I’ll admit I’m a bit picky about furniture looking clean and stylish, and this does look really nice once it’s set up. That said, putting it together took me longer than I expected. The instructions were decent, but a few steps weren’t as clear as they could’ve been. I’m not the most patient person with assembly, so maybe that’s part of it, but I got there in the end. Overall, I’m happy with how it looks, just wish the setup had been a little smoother.

I had to return one item, and the refund did come through after a few days. Support replied and handled it okay, but it felt like the whole process could’ve been a little quicker. Based on this one experience, I’d say they’re reliable enough, just not the fastest with returns
